GOD LOVES THIS WORLD

1 John 4:9-10

THE LIFE OF JESUS CHRIST ON EARTH

Acts 10:38.

HOW CAN ONE BE SAVED?

WHY JESUS HAD TO DIE FOR OUR SALVATION
“He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned, every one, to his own way; and the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all”.

ONLY THROUGH FAITH

Romans 10:13
ONLY BY GOD’S GRACE

Ephesians 2:8-10
“No human being will be justified in His sight by works of the law, since through the law comes knowledge of sin. They are justified by His grace as a gift, through the redemption which is in Christ Jesus”.

BEGINNING THE CHRISTIAN LIFE
Acknowledge your sin:
“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness”.
1 John 1:9
Thankfully accept God’s forgiveness:
“Who is a God like You, pardoning iniquity? He does not retain His anger forever, because He delights in mercy. He will again have compassion on us, and will cast all our sins into the depths of the sea”
– from Micah 7:18-19.
MY PRAYER
“Thank you, Lord Jesus, that You love me and that You died on the cross for my sins. Until now I have gone my own way and have lived my life without You. I know that I am a sinner and need Your forgiveness.” (You can tell God precisely where you have sinned by breaking His laws.)
“Dear God, please forgive me for Jesus sake. I want to change my ways and no longer live as I have. I want to do Your will and obey You. Please take over the Lordship of my life and change me into what You want me to be. Thank you for accepting me into the family of God and making me Your child. Amen.”
LIVING THE CHRISTIAN LIFE
Read God’s Word (the Bible) every day.
Jesus Christ says: “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My word”
– from John 14:23.
Talk to Jesus in prayer, daily.
“This is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us”.
1 John 5:14
Allow the Holy Spirit to change your life.
“The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness”.
Galatians 5:22
